Fall is upon us and Christmas is right around the corner. It always seems like this time of the year just flies by, and so it’s important to slow down and take some time to plan out your goals before the new year hits us. Speaking of goals, if one of your goals is to become a homeowner on Maui, then make sure to contact us and reach out to one of our agents so we can get started on paving a path towards homeownership for you as soon as possible. As you can see right here on our website, we have a wide selection of luxury properties for sale in West Maui and beyond. Spend some time looking at what’s on the market and reach out to us when you’re ready to make a move.

- The Lighting of the Banyan Tree
If you have yet to experience the lighting of the Banyan Tree on Maui’s Front Street then you’re in luck! Every year the community gathers to light up Maui’s Front Street and celebrate the warmth and excitement of the holidays. December 7th, 2019 marks the 22nd year of this event, so you don’t want to miss it!
- Christmas 5K Run & Santa’s Half Mile Keiki Dash
Put on by the local Valley Isle Road Runner community, the 5K run will encourage you to participate in the true spirit of the holidays and that’s to give back. There’s also Santa’s Half Mile Keiki Dash which is a special race for keiki 8 years and under. The run encourages participants to collect donations for the local Maui Food Bank. So do your part to help the community by partaking in this event on December 15th, 2019.
- White Christmas at Sugar Beach Events of Hawaii
Wedding planning or know someone who is planning to get married on the island soon? Maui is a wedding destination and many of our local wedding industry leaders and their guests like to take a break from the hard work and indulge in some eggnog and fun during the annual Wedding Industry Holiday Party on December 11th, 2019 in Kihei. Meet new people while you dance the night away! Tickets are $50 and guests can enjoy dinner and fun from 5 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.
The winter months are best spent warm and happy at
